Ceremonies

Oversees the lodges’ ceremonies teams and ensures a quality experience is given to all new candidates. Works with teams and chapter ceremony chairmen to provide guidance and training for ceremonialists, to make sure they deliver a quality performance in accordance with national policy for ceremonies. 

• • Works with chapters to promote ceremonies, and recruit new ceremonialists

  • Coordinates with Inductions chair and event chairmen (Ordeal master, Fellowship) to make sure there is a correct allotted time for the ceremonies.

  • Communicates between chapters and event chairmen to decide how many ceremonies there will be, who is performing them, and where they will be.
