Kitchen

Works with kitchen staff, advisors, event chairmen, and lodge officers to plan and manage a good and healthy menu for an event. They work with the treasurer and budget chair to purchase food and ingredients needed. Ensures that meals are prepared on time and correctly staffed for serving and clean up. 

    • Works with the appropriate people to create menus for events

    • Works with treasurer, budget chair, lodge officers, and advisors to purchase food, and supplies

    • Prepares food and supplies in accordance with the schedule

    • Oversees kitchen staff, and volunteers for serving, distribution, and clean up
