NOAC

Organizes the Lodge contingent for the National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC). Acts as the primary communication bridge between national and the lodge to provide all necessary information to the lodge officers and members, including updates, deadlines, plans, schedules, opportunities, and more. Works with advisors to plan transportation to and from the event, like flights and connecting buses. Organizes possible fundraiser events, and promotes participation and attendance to the lodge for NOAC. Acts as the primary guide before and during the event on when and where to be, and any other important information. 

• • Communicates between national and lodge leadership to pass along vital information

  • Promotes attendance, and recruits participants

  • Set up for fundraiser events leading up to NOAC to lower costs

  • Works with Advisors to coordinate travel to and from event

  • Leads the NOAC contingency to and through the event to be where we need, when we need
