Ordeal Master

Leads the planning and execution of Induction weekends. Coordinates with other chairs like Head Elangomat, Service, Quartermaster, and Ceremonies to prepare a quality schedule, ensuring there is the correct time for the different elements both on the induction side, as well as the staff side of the weekend. Works throughout the weekend on problem solving to create a smooth flowing program. 

• • Holds planning meetings in advance to make sure the weekend is well planned, in advance

  • Organizes Ordeal setup and staffing

  • Coordinates with Service chair and Head Elangomat to make sure everyone is prepared and the event runs smoothly

  • Solves problems that arise throughout the weekend
