PMP

Oversees the lodges status in the Performance Management Program (PMP). Occasionally reports progress at LEC meetings and discusses what needs to be done to improve in performance. Works with PMP Advisor, Lodge Advisor, and Lodge Chief to devise a plan for improvement based on which brackets we struggle in, and where we can improve as a lodge.

• • Monitors PMP metrics, and performance within the brackets provided by National

  • Works with Officers, and Advisors to meet goals, and improve as a lodge

  • Prepares reports to be given to the LEC and encourages them to help improve the lodge
