Service

Works with camp rangers to plan and oversee service projects to maintain and improve camp. Ensures that all tools, resources, and manpower are coordinated and ready for each project. Oversees that projects are done correctly and efficiently, often split into teams with assigned team leaders. Records service hours to be presented at LEC meetings. Works with event chairs like ordeal master, and fellowship to make sure there is correctly allotted time and amount of service at event.

• • Works with camp ranger to define necessary projects to be completed to maintain and improve camp

  • Prepares service schedules, deciding how many members needed on each team, what tools they need, how long the project will take, etc. 

  • Appoint team leads for each group to ensure a job well done

  • Manages project completion
