Spring/Fall Fellowship

Plans and runs the Lodge Spring/Fall Fellowship. They decide a possible but not required theme for event if they choose. Ensures that the weekend runs smoothly, from service, to trainings, quest, brotherhood ceremony, and finally the closing campfire, Saturday night. Works with the Training, Ceremonies, Brotherhood, Quest, Service, Shows and Kitchen chairs to make sure there is a schedule with the correct amount of time allotted for each program throughout the weekend (with the addition of the Lodge Officer Elections at fall fellowship).

• • Creates schedule for the weekend to encompass all the programs throughout the weekend

  • Decides an OPTIONAL theme for the weekend to follow in the planning of meals, games, etc.

  • Coordinates with many chairmen like: Kitchen, Quest, Service, Training, Ceremonies, Brotherhood, and Shows, for all the different elements of the weekend

    • Often completed by (but not limited to) hosting online meetings with related chairmen prior to event to plan out all elements to ensure a quality program

  • Scheduling and general problem solving at event for smooth operations
