Youth Protection Seminar

Join us in helping to create safer communities

The Great Smoky Mountain Council invites you to join us in an informative evening to discover how you can partner in creating a safer environment for children in our area.  The Youth Protection Seminar will feature presentations by local, frontline experts who investigate and prosecute child abuse cases in our community.  In a world where technology changes rapidly and children often know more about that technology than their parents, this seminar will also teach parents and Scouters some best practices when dealing with technology and social media to protect children from predators that use those platforms to groom and abuse children.
