Sign in or Create Account, click BSA Learn Center, then click “BALOO” under “Expanded Learning.” All participants must bring copy of certificate to training.

The Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) equipment list is below. Please remember to pack equipment appropriate for the weather you are set to encounter. Note: Weather conditions can change suddenly. As always, BE PREPARED.
• Sleeping bag
• Pillow
• Towels
• Extra blanket (if weather forecast is for cold weather)
• Tent
• Tarp (for under tent)
• Toiletries
• Jacket
• Rain Jacket
• Socks, Undergarments
• Uniform
• Clothes to sleep in
• Pen/pencil
