Conclave

Leads the lodge contingent to Section Conclave. Acts as the primary communication bridge between the section and the lodge to provide all important information to its members. Works with officers and memorabilia chair to prepare any possible patches, shirts, hats, etc. Helps officers promote attendance and participation for the event. Works with advisors to plan transportation to and from conclave. Acts as the lodge’s guide before and during the event on when and where to be, and any other important information.
