Chestnut Tree Planting

Help restore the majesty of the American Chestnut to the forest at Camp Buck Toms. We will be planting over 100 12′ high 90% American Chestnut/10% Chinese Chestnut trees that have been bred to be blight resistant – and you’ll earn a cool patch!
Meet at 9:30 at the Camp Buck Toms parking lot with work gloves and a filled water bottle.
