Please Note: Effective Spring 2023 and forward – the Mount Cammerer District will be charging a non-refundable DEPOSIT of $5 per youth in order to reserve a spot. This will allow us to better manage projected revenue versus pre-event expenses (i.e. – releasing a purchase card based only on guessed attendance) The $5.00 will be deducted from the total event fee per youth. (for example: if the total cost for the event is $15.00 and the youth paid the $5.00 hold fee to secure a spot, when the youth arrives at the event they would only owe the remaining $10.00 balance).
PLEASE NOTE: the $5.00 per youth fee is non-refundable but is transferable in case the youth that registered has to drop out and another youth wants to take their place.
PLEASE NOTE: a youth will be considered a “walk on” if they do not have a pre-secured spot, and the walk-on fee for MC District Camporees is currently $15.00 per youth.
Please Note: Safe Swim Defense and Safety Afloat guidelines will be strictly enforced.
