In an effort to streamline the show and sell sign-up schedule for the 2023 sale, Trails End has created an online release schedule. The chart below shows the new schedule with two examples to help understand this new rollout. We understand this is a change from previous sales, but we believe it gives units, districts, and the council the best opportunity for increased sales.

7/20 $20k+ Units select 3 shifts inside your own District
7/21 $20k+ Units select 3 shifts inside your own District
7/22 $10k+ Units select 2 shifts inside your own District
7/23 $10k+ Units select 2 shifts inside your own District
7/24 All Units select 2 shifts in your own District
7/25 All Units select 2 shifts in your own District
7/26 All Units can pick shifts Council-wide
Picks are cumulative.
Example 1: A unit selling $25,000 in 2022 would receive 3 picks on 7/20,
3 picks on 7/21, 2 picks on 7/22, 2 picks on 7/23, 2 picks on 7/24,
2 picks on 7/25, and then unlimited picks on 7/26.
Example 2: A unit selling $9,000 in 2022 would receive 2 picks on 7/24,
2 picks on 7/25, and unlimited picks on 7/26.
It is vital to sign your unit(s) up now so you have access to the Trails End site to select Show and Sell shifts as well as place your Show and Sell orders. We appreciate your willingness to sell popcorn to help our programs and activities remain economical. If you have not sold popcorn before, we encourage you to attend at least one of the three kick-offs and learn more. We have a new selling unit incentive as well as opportunities to limit your time commitment with online sales and the Heroes and Helpers program!
