Mount Le Conte Fall Camporee

TO RENT PORT-A-POTTIES, AFTER YOU REGISTER, PLEASE SCROLL PAST PARTICIPANTS AND ADD PRODUCTS. Please contact Natasha Leahey at 865-566-0645 with any questions.
Please Note: Effective Spring 2023 and forward – the Mount Le Conte District will be charging a non-refundable DEPOSIT of $5 per youth in order to reserve a spot.
This will allow us to better manage projected revenue versus pre-event expenses (i.e., releasing a purchase card based only on attendance).
The $5.00 will be deducted from the total event fee per youth/leader. For example: if the total cost for the event is $15.00 and the youth paid the $5.00 hold fee to secure a spot, when the youth/leader arrives at the event they would only owe the remaining $10.00 balance.
PLEASE NOTE: the $5.00 per youth/leader fee is non-refundable but is transferable in case the youth that registered has to drop out and another youth wants to take their place.
All Scouts choosing to participate in biking must bring a helmet and if they bring a bicycle they are subject to inspection.
